I arrived at the parking lot of Luftseilbahn Sorenberg-Brienzer Rothorn and found out that the cable car station is currently on under construction. My goal was to hike to Rothorn-Brienz trail, so I decided to hike to Eisee via Berghaus Eisee.

On my way to Eisee, I got to see Emmensprung.
I reached Eisee at 11:51am and believe it or not, you can fish in the Eisee from mid-June to around mid-October.
From Berghaus Eisee to Eisee Sattel via Rothorn-Brienz trail was covered in snow. I was not prepared for this trail as I didn't bring my any of my snow gear and that's when I decided to turn around.
Come hike with me!
