Switzerland: Oischenensee (Part 2)

Yet another amazing Switzerland road trip! I arrived at Gondelbahn Oeschinensee Parkplatz on a busy Friday — the parking lot was full and cable car tickets were temporarily sold out. Note to self: tickets become available once the queue at the station clears. After a 15-minute wait, I made it up the mountain!

From the top, follow the left trail past a barn to find the Heuberg Oberbärgli scenic route.

The path climbs gently, passing a small hut selling fresh cow’s milk, before leading down to the lake. I took a refreshing dip — pure bliss! A moderate hike, doable for all ages (even saw a toddler in diapers!). God’s creation truly on display here.
